Welcome to the Workshop

There is paint on something, yarn tangled around something else, and at least one project I absolutely did not need to start.

This is what's currently occupying my workbench.

🐎 On the Painting Table

Beautifully Corrupted

Beautifully Corrupted custom model horse work in progress
Patina, copper, and an unreasonable number of tiny details.
Opposite side of Beautifully Corrupted custom model horse
Because apparently one side wasn't enough.

A verdigris-inspired Appaloosa experiment with copper tones and hand-detailed mottling.

Current status: Beautifully corrupted and still causing trouble.

Seraph's Holy Fire

Seraph's Holy Fire celestial Nightmare model horse work in progress
The aggressively yellow “trust the process” phase.

A celestial counterpart to Nightmare, headed toward a dark finish with heat-tempered metal effects on the horn, hooves, and possibly the mane and tail.

Current status: Holy fire pending.

Squashling

Squashling orange and green model pony work in progress
Tiny vegetable-adjacent chaos.

Small, orange, green, and becoming increasingly suspicious.

🧶 On the Hook

King Scrappy — The King-Size Scrap-ghan

Large colorful king-size scrap-ghan work in progress
Every stripe has a past life.

No pattern. No color plan. Just leftover yarn, one row at a time, until it fits a king-size bed or I die trying.

Current status: Large enough to be inconvenient. Not large enough to be finished.

Yarn has never respected boundaries.

🧪 Current Experiments

Whatever seemed like a good idea at the time

Paint tests, materials, techniques, half-formed plans, and the occasional project that exists mostly because I wanted to see if I could.

📦 Waiting in the Wings

The Queue

Projects waiting patiently, impatiently, or ominously for their turn on the table.

There is always a queue. There will always be a queue.
